The nightmares and memories are so overwhelming that I keep throwing up.

I don't know how I'm going to be able to leave the house and go to Damian's today.

I've been doing everything I can to keep myself from sleeping. When I was on the respiridone in early 2010, I got to sleep easily and I suffered in every dream (though I never spoke about it). I am... amazing at holding things inside. At pretending that everything is OK when I'm breaking. I can fool anyone. People hardly ever realize there's something wrong. People don't think I have PTSD. Or that I have anything to be sad about. Or... anything.
